Just a note to thank you again and to let you know how much Family Rescue enjoyed your performance last year at our golf benefit. People are still talking about the nice surprise that you helped us to give the golfers during the awards ceremony. Having your family there was a nice touch and we really appreciated all that you did to help make our golf outing memorable.
I am sending you information about a new event that we have planned, “Jazz Against Domestic Violence” on October 19, 2002. Knowing your love of music, I thought you might want to attend. Family Rescue is also having a March Against Domestic Violence on October 11, 2002. I am also enclosing information about the march. I hope that you will be able to attend one or both of these events, which will help to bring awareness to the community about domestic violence.
